We’re excited to introduce you to our new patient portal – another option to help you better communicate with Cooper Green!
Patients already enrolled in the portal can click here to access it.

• Schedule an enrollment appointment
Talk to your Enrollment Specialist, in the enrollment department, or Patient Encounter Specialist, at the front desk of each clinic, on how to register for the portal!
